Justin Bieber Gives Impromptu Balcony Concert to Adoring Fans in Paris [Video]

Justin Bieber continues to make girl fans go absolutely crazy as he gives free concerts throughout Europe. Dozens of girls were injured in Norway as tens and thousands descended onto the streets of Oslo to catch a glimpse of Justin Bieber who gave a free concert. The capital was nearly in a state of emergency as city officials nearly lost control of the situation.

Now the Biebs is in Paris and despite suffering a concussion by running into a glass wall in the middle of a concert yesterday, he continues to please the crowd by giving an impromptu concert. Bieber stepped out of a balcony window this afternoon in front of hundreds of screaming fans and sang "Baby" and "One Time" .

The crowd gathered at a quiet street corner and went totally wild when Bieber appeared at the balcony. The noise appeared to be so loud that Bieber's voice could not be heard through his megaphone. After the screaming fans calmed down, Bieber sang some hit tunes.

Bieber teased himself on Twitter after running into a wall glass at yesterday's concert. "I will see u again Glass. I will have my revenge. BIEBER vs GLASS. MGM LAS VEGAS 2013. lol", he tweeted. Despite a minor concussion, the Biebs did not let his fans down and continued with the concert. He tweeted: "That happened. at least we finished the show. lol. smh."
