Sofia Vergara isn't afraid to show off her body, and the Modern Family actress sat down with Ryan Seacrest to explain why.

At 41-year-old, Vergara is still sporting a bombshell body, a fact fans were reminded off when the Colombia native shared a few photos from her holiday vacation. The actress' followers caught a glimpse of a bikini clad Vergara and her fiancée, Nick Loeb, soaking up the sun in a recent Instagram pic.

"My son took that picture and I'm like, 'Damn, I still look good! I'm going to post this one," Vergara explained during an On Air With Ryan Seacrest interview . "At this age, you don't take for granted a good picture."

Snapped by Vergara's 21-year-old son Manolo while the family spent the festive season in Mexico, the image portrays Loeb and Vergara as a happy pair despite the continuation of adverse rumors.

"I read the most absurd things, like one day I'm engaged, one day because I go to the gym without the ring then I'm not engaged and it's some horrible tragedy," Vergara said in regards to the media attention her engagement has received over the past year, according to her On Air With Ryan Seacrest interview. "Then the other day I'm getting married, then I'm giving birth."
