The Chew is teaming up with The Biggest Loser to help you stick to those New Year's resolutions.

It's the time of year when gyms are racking in the dollars with new memberships and WeightWatchers is signing up new customers in droves. As determined dieters try to get into shape for 2014, The Chew is offering up a few easy ways to keep off those pounds.

Daphne Oz and Carla Hall get some advice from The Biggest Loser's Dolvett Quince on Thursday's episode. Quince, who is known for his Body Sculptor personal training studio and "Pure Energy" training circuit, will be helping the Chew Crew whip up something with a little bit of a crunch.

The episode, which is titled "Crunchfest" is the second installment of the series' January health editions. Tuesday's "Start the Year Off Light" saw Mario Batal get advice from Eduardo Garcia on whipping up a spicy shrimp dish with quino and beet greens (see video below) and the diet help will continue on Friday with "Guilt Free Goodies" and Monday with "500 Calorie Blowout."

Consisting of Iron Chef elites Mario Batali and Michael Symone along with Top Chef's Carla Hall, Daphne Oz (daughter of Dr. Oz) and Clinton Kelly, The Chew airs at 1 p.m. ET on ABC.
