John Oliver is returning to Community Thursday night in what seems sure to be a memorable episode.

Oliver, who has guest-starred as Professor Ian Duncan throughout Community's run as a show, will be featured in episode 3 of season 5. The episode, according to Oliver, features a mysterious man who goes around putting quarters in people's pants - more specifically their "buttcracks."

The buzz of Oliver's return has excited the main cast in a time of transition for Community.

"You know a lot of things are shaking up this season. Obviously some cast members are leaving, so it's great to have him come back and just have this really strong comedic presence," said Alison Brie (who plays Annie) in a new behind-the-scenes look at the episode.

As for Oliver, he said that it feels good to be back on the set of the show.

"If I knew as a child that that would be an option as an adult to spend a week's life on Earth making a show about dropping quarters into a--cracks then I would have been confused because I didn't know what a quarter was back then, of course. We use the pence system, but otherwise I would have thought that sounds good," Oliver quipped.

The title of the episode is Basic Intergluteal Numismatics, which accurately describes the plot of the episode, as intergluteal deals with the buttocks and numismatics is the study of currency.
