The Coachella lineup has been announced and it is stacked with musical superstars set to perform in Indio, Calif.

For another year, the diversity of bands and artists stretches to an impressive range that should appease fans of all different genres of music

Hit bands Muse and Arcade Fire are returning as headliners for another year, but the biggest news of the lineup announcement is the return of OutKast.

Their last studio album was the 2006 soundtrack for their movie Idlewild.  They will reunite to headline Friday night, April 11 and April 18.

Muse will headline both Saturday nights -- April 12 and 19 -- and Arcade Fire will close out the music festival both Sundays

The headliners aren't the only big name acts that will perform at Coachella. Friday features breakout sister band Haim, alternative pop stars Ellie Goulding, The Knife, and Chromeo, and rapper A$AP Ferg.

Saturday will bring fans right into the heart of the club dance scene with Skrillex and Pharrell Williams performing. Fatboy Slim will also be there, taking people back to the old club scene. Alternative bands MGMT and Sleigh Bells will also make people move, while Queens of the Stone Age and Foster the People will have them rocking. Breakout artist Lorde will also take the stage Saturday.

Nas and Kid Cudi are some of the rappers on the lineup.
