Kanye West allegedly attacked an 18-year-old male who made derogatory comments to the rapper's fiancée Kim Kardashian on Monday, Jan. 13.

Kardashian was outside a medical building in Beverly Hills when she became surrounded by members of the paparazzi, TMZ reported. The 18-year-old bystander allegedly said to Kardashian "F**k these f***ot-ass n****rs," referring to the photographers.

After Kardashian apparently told the man that his comment was inappropriate, he reportedly responded by saying, "F**k you, b**ch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n***er lover, stupid s*ut."

Kardashian then watched the man walk into the building and called West, according to the website.

When West arrived at the scene he and Kardashian reportedly rushed into the waiting room of the chiropractic office, where witnesses claim they saw West punch the man. The fight was broken up by a massage therapist.

After police were called, the 18-year-old reportedly said he wants to press charges. Law enforcement officials have since labeled the rapper as a suspect in a battery investigation. If he is charged, West could face prosecution for the alleged attack.

This is not the rapper's first run-in with the law. He is currently facing assault charges involving an alleged attack with a photographer in LAX last July. His lawyer entered a not guilty plea deal in that case.

West and Kardashian got engaged in October 2013. They have a daughter named North who Kardashian gave birth to in June 2013.
