A good cop will be pushed to his limits in Wednesday's Chicago PD, albeit with a little push from the devil on his shoulder.

NBC's Chicago PD came out of the gate swinging with its series premiere, and the action is only accelerating as the program heads into its second episode, "Wrong Side of the Bars." When Pulpo's (Arturo Del Puerto) henchmen kidnap Antonio's (John Seda) son, the detective will be egged on by Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) to do whatever it takes to get his little boy back.

Considering Antonio was responsible for putting Voight behind bars on Chicago Fire, it's reasonably conclude that taking the advice of a dirty cop will lead to some questionable interrogation practices. For Antonio, this will involve anything from holding a knife precariously close to a suspect's face, to wailing on a chained criminal (see second video below).

Although Voight's past history, illicit behaviors, and morally suspect behaviors paint him as a hard main character to love, viewers may get another glimpse at his less abrasive side during the upcoming episode. In addition to observing his steadfast determination to find Antonio's son (see first video below), fans will also find out more about his past relationship with Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and what he did to save her life 13 years ago.
