Here is a list of 10 films that will be getting a sequel in light of the announcement of a sequel to the Disney channel film Life-Size.

In light of this sequel being announced 14 years after the first one came out, we have compiled a list of other films that will be getting a sequel several years after the original. Some sequels came out as little as three years ago while others came out three decades ago.

One of these films includes Star Wars: Episode VII, which will be directed by Lost creator J.J. Abrams. The original Star Wars came out in 1977 and was followed by five more films that came out in the 80s, and then in the late 90s and early 2000s. It may appear that the series would have stopped after Revenge of the Sith since that one ends where the original Star Wars begins. But it turns out that an Episode 7 would happen in December 2015, 10 years after the last one came out.
