Kristin Chenoweth and Gwyneth Paltrow will be sharing many scenes together in Glee's upcoming 100th episode.

Chenoweth, who has guest-starred as April Rhodes on several episodes of Glee, talked about the 100th episode with E! News at the 2013 MusiCares Person of the Year Friday.

"I get to do a lot with Gwyneth Paltrow," Chenoweth said. "We are reprising our guest starring roles and that makes it really fun. We're having a good time."

Chenoweth's April and Paltrow's Holly Holliday were both love interests for Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) during their guest stints on the show.

While Chenoweth said that returning to Glee was fun, she also admitted, "The hours, I always forget how long and crazy they are, singing and dancing about. But [it's] fun being back with the cast!"

Meanwhile, Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester) spoke about Chenoweth and Paltrow at the Director's Guild of America Awards Saturday.

"I worked with both of them yesterday. We did a scene together," she said. "It was so great to have them back. They're so much fun. Kristin's a ball." Lynch also added that both Chenoweth and Paltrow's characters have songs in the episode, but not with Sue.

Glee's 100th episode will be a big one for the show with almost every cast member in the show's history being present. The characters will sing new interpretations of classic Glee songs. The episode airs on March 18.
