Someone is helping people lose weight before helping them on to the afterlife in Supernatural's "The Purge."

When extremely lightweight corpses begin to popup in Pennsylvania, the newly reunited Winchester brothers head to a day spa to investigate a diet that is working far too well. Assuming witches are behind the recent murders, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) pickup jobs at the weight loss center until they realize someone is literally sucking the fat out of unconscious patrons (see video below).

With Sam's trust in Dean completely shattered, the brothers will be road testing their fragile relationship on a one off case. Penned by Eric Charmelo & Nicole Snyder ("Dog Dean Afternoon"), the upcoming episode will hopefully serve to get the brothers on the same page before they head back into the deadly demonic/angelic fray.

While the brothers may be hunting together again, Sam made it clear at the end of "Sharp Teeth" that they weren't brothers. However, writer Adam Glass took to Twitter to remind viewers that these brotherly spats don't last forever.

"Remember everyone #conflict is good for story. And becuz something is happening now doesn't mean it's forever. It's for now. #Supernatural," Glass tweeted during "Sharp Teeth."

Even if/when Sam does begin to see Dean as his brother once more, the Winchester clan is probably heading for more trouble when they finally realize the adverse effects of Cain's mark. The Father of Murder tried to warn Dean about the mark's adverse effects during "First Born," but the self-sacrificing and guilt-ridden hunter didn't take the time to listen - a mistake that could result in disastrous consequences.

Supernatural airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on the CW.
