Lindsey Duke, the model girlfriend of football quarterback Blake Bortles, apparently received a surprise from her boyfriend- a fancy visit at Newport Beach.

Duke posted a photo on her Instagram Tuesday that shows two pictures in one. The first picture is of the ocean and the other appears to be a golf course. The shot of the ocean shows a sunset and grass while the shot of the golf course shows tables and a chair.

Duke captioned the photo, "Not a bad thing to wake up to :) #BestSurprise @bbortles5"

Bortles' girlfriend has been known for posting some scandalous photos on her Instagram, including one of her out with friends where a girl is playfully grabbing at her chest. Duke captioned this photo, "Can't touch this @spenserlarosa"

She has also posted several bikini shots of herself.

Duke's boyfriend is the quarterback for university of Central Florida.

According to International Business Times, the model has a chance of becoming a higher search on Google.

"I would hope as a head coach that the [Google search] numbers would be reversed," Central Florida coach George O'Leary told ESPN. "But obviously you haven't seen his girlfriend. She deserves 6 million Googles."

Bortles even admitted that his girlfriend is becoming a huge sensation.

"Apparently she is more of a household name than I am," Bortles told ESPN. "She's more famous than me, and there's nothing I can do about that."

The couple had reportedly dated since high school and they both attend the University of Central Florida. Duke is set to graduate this May.
