Apollo Nida has made his first television appearance since he surrendered to police for fraud less than a week ago.

He, along with the husbands of The Real Housewives of Atlanta made their way to Bethenny this week. While Nida did not mention his charges at all, he didn't hide the fact that he's been in prison before.

Bethenny asked the men that if they aren't the stars of the show, did they still have a price to pay for their fame.

Nida responded, "I think so coming from prison, doing six years in prison and then being thrown into a TV show was kind of difficult and I think for the first time coming off I was very quiet and kind of shy, it was just a difficult transition for me."

Well the price they are paying might be pretty high considering what they get paid to do each episode--which is nothing.

Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter Thomas said, "It's like a part-time job for us. It's not demanding all of our time is like it is for the girls. We're pretty much there as a support for them."

NeNe Leakes' husband Gregg added, "and the benefits."

On top of that, Thomas confessed that he doesn't necessarily like being on the show and he believes the price he pays for Bailey's success is "100 percent."

Gregg chimed in and said that the men "know our lanes. We know what we need to do and what we don't need to do."
