'Dallas' Season 3 Spoilers: Pamela's Husband Out to Avenge JR's Death, Bobby Ewing To Take Over South Fork? [VIDEO]
The highly anticipated third season premiere of Dallas is just weeks away and a new teaser reveals the main characters are set to pursue their own selfish motives, no matter what it takes.
In the heated sneak peek, John Ross (Josh Henderson) is out to avenge his father's death, hoping no one finds out what he's up to.
He is heard saying, "Deep within the black, soil plains I live in the shadow with my daddy's name."
Bobby Ewing (portrayed by Step By Step star Patrick Duffy) has motives of his own in the quaint Texas town.
"Deep within the black, soil plains South Fork is mine...and will remain," he said.
As if sending a warning to their feuding families, both Ewing and Ross then say, "I wish untrue, now the secrets... What bad things boiled makes people do."
Ross takes desperate measures to get the money him and his family need. Based on the preview, it looks like he gets beat up in the process.
He is still taking on his shocking affair with his step-cousin Emma that was revealed on the finale of season two, despite marrying and supposedly being in love with Pamela.
Ewing even confronts Ross letting him know he stopped JR before-- so Ross would be no different. He added, "You're not half the man your daddy was."
Now that JR is dead, Sue Ellen continues struggling with alcohol. It goes even deeper when she finds out that her son, Ross, is not only trying to avenge his father's death but having an affair with Emma to do it.
