Many have speculated whether Phaedra Parks was in on her husband Apollo Nida's shady business dealings and a new report shows she is indeed connected, according to Radar Online.

However, she might not have known what he was up to.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member's name was listed as a founding officer on some of the businesses Nida started such as National Recovery Group, Inc., (which is a debt collection agency) Nida, Inc. and Nida Group, Inc.

However, those companies are currently not involved in the fraud investigation on Nida, who is accused of setting up phony businesses that raked in more than $3 million.

A complaint against Nida reads, "When I describe these businesses as fake, what I mean is that while they may have been validly organized as entities with the Georgia Secretary of State, they existed for the apparent business purpose implied by the entity name. In other words, I believe [they] were set up for the purpose of obtaining access to LexisNexis, Equifax, and similar databases."

Parks has not been charged for her alleged involvement yet and her career doesn't seem like it is in jeopardy.

A source from the Georgia State Bar told Radar Online, "She is an active member and has no public discipline. She has never been disbarred or suspended and is a member in good standing."

The insider couldn't say if that would change if she were to be charged.

Word got out on Jan. 25 that Nida surrendered to police for the fraud charges. He was said to be working with a mystery woman who authorities had been investigating since 2012. The two were said to have stolen identities, social security checks from Delta Airlines workers and applying for loans under other people's names.

TV talk show host Wendy Williams recently dished on whether she thought Parks knew about the scandal.

"Of course she did. Those Bravo checks aren't big enough to buy a funeral home and clothes for Mr. President and clothes for the other baby and live that life. Somebody needed a job from some place...." she said.
