Jamie Dornan has been in Vancouver, Canada shooting scenes for the anticipated Fifty Shades Of Grey film, but now he has to cater to his other work obligations.

The 31-year-old is expected to start filming the second season of the crime show The Fall alongside Gillian Anderson this month in Belfast.

However, this doesn't mean the TV show will interfere with his role as Christian Grey for the big screen adaptation of EL James' erotic novel. The Fall's executive producer Gub Neal previously explained that fans will not have to worry about any conflicting schedules.

"We have been talking to Jamie for nine months about his role and The Fall schedule is not affected in any way," he told RadioTimes last October. "We begin filming at the end of January, beginning of February, and it is a 16 week shoot and nothing has changed."

Dornan was recently spotted running all over town as Christian. Images were released of the actor jogging to show off the character's rigorous workout regime.

In one photo, Dornan was seen in workout gear and Nike sneakers as he jogged throughout the busy streets in the rain. In another photo, Christian stood in the pouring rain holding a note from his love Anastasia Steele.

The Once Upon a Time actor previously spoke about his role as Christian Grey with Entertainment Weekly last November and expressed his confidence.

"I certainly don't fear it," he said. "I already got a glimpse into working with [director] Sam [Taylor-Johnson] at the test, and I'd met [co-star] Dakota [Johnson] by then. So I had a glimpse into how I felt it would be if I got the part. None of it scared me."
