Rumors of a secret relationship between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have swirled after the pair spent some time together in New York last week, during Super Bowl weekend. 

According to New York Post's Page Six, 35-year-old Holmes and Foxx, 46, have been dating since last summer and recently spent time together at his home in California. 

"Katie flew private to California to stay with Jamie at his home around the Grammys [which took place Jan. 26]," a source said. "Foxx's beautiful daughter Corinne was his date for the Grammys. But he and Holmes also spent time together during Super Bowl weekend, although they attended the game separately," the insider noted.

The two actors have kept their relationship a secret, out of "respect" for Holmes' ex-husband, Tom Cruise. Foxx is a friend of Cruise and the two appeared alongside each other in the 2004 movie, Collateral.

Rumors first swirled that Holmes and Foxx were dating each other after they were spotted dancing together at Ron Perelman's Apollo in the Hamptons gala last August. At the time, they both denied rumors that they were dating.

"[The rumors] are 100 percent not true. In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people," Foxx said last summer.
