Paul George has responded to allegations that he fathered a child by an exotic dancer and paid her to abort the baby.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, the Indiana Pacers basketball star did not deny having a baby with a Miami stripper named Daniela, but said he did not offer her $1 million to terminate her pregnancy.

"If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities. This is a personal matter that is still being sorted out, so I hope you can respect my privacy," he said.

"There is no truth to the rumors that Paul offered money for [Daniela] not to have the child," a spokesman said.

George and Daniela had a brief relationship back in 2013 that lasted through the end of last summer. In November, Daniela informed George that he was possibly the father of her child.

Meanwhile, Enstars reported earlier that George was supposedly dating Doc Rivers' daughter, Callie Rivers at the time the pregnancy news swirled, meaning if he got Daniela pregnant, he cheated.

Callie seems unbothered by the news and took to Twitter to write, "It's Friday," captioned with a smiley face.

George recently signed a $90 million extension with the Pacers and has been having a stellar NBA season. He's currently averaging a career-high 22.7 points.

This season, the Pacers defeated the Clippers both times so the next time George could face Doc is in the NBA Finals. Callie's brother, Austin Rivers, also plays in the league for the New Orleans Pelicans.
