Angela Stanton's allegations that Phaedra Parks was the master mind behind a huge fraud scandal that landed Stanton and Parks' husband, Apollo Nida, behind bars isn't the only reason The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is taking legal action against her.

Woman Slams Phaedra Parks For Being 'Crooked Attorney'

It turns out aside from naming Parks as the head of the scheme in her book Lies of a Real Housewife, Stanton also candidly wrote about Parks' sexual life with Atlanta rapper Drama (who Stanton also had an intimate relationship with at the time) and that Parks broke lawyer/client confidentiality when she gossiped about rapper Mystical's legal issues while she was representing him.

Court documents that were released outline Parks' claims that Stanton made several "false and defamatory" statements about her in her book.

Apollo Nida Surrenders For Fraud

Some of the book inserts Parks used as an example were, "...[Phaedra] had no idea that Drama had been telling me that he had sex with her also. [Drama] claimed that [Phaedra Parks] was just mad because he wouldn't be with her [sexually] only. Once I told Drama how Phaedra hated on him, he swore up and down to me that he and Phaedra had a sexual relationship."

She went on to write that Parks tried to catch the rapper in his lie but they ended up teaming up together against Stanton.

"She had already prepped him on what to say, similar to the way she briefed all her clients. It was common protocol for Phaedra. She had mentioned this fact previously to me."

Stanton also wrote that Parks frequently gossiped to her about clients she was representing, such as Danger rapper Mystical.

"Phaedra loved to run her mouth about whatever she could find to talk about. So it came as no surprise when she gave me the inside scoop. Like when Mystical was first arrested. Phaedra represented him as well. I knew a lot of details about him based on my conversations with Phaedra."

Stanton added that Parks often slammed the mother of Mystical's child for being "ghetto", called him stupid and even told her about a situation when Mystical allegedly sexually assaulted a woman who had stolen from him.

Parks' husband, Nida, has been arrested for fraud charges very similar to his first case that put him in prison from 2004-2009. While Stanton maintains that Parks was the leader of the previous case, many also wonder if she was involved with the new one as well.

Nida's hearing is scheduled for Feb. 12.
