E.L. James may have revealed a new addition to the Fifty Shades of Grey film adaptation via social media.

The author posted an Instagram photo of actress Katie Cassidy on Feb. 5 with the caption, "Isn't she flexible?"

In the photo, the 27-year-old gazed away from the camera as she held her leg across her chest.

Christian Grey Business Details From The Erotic Film 

When asked about the picture, Cassidy neither denied or confirmed rumors that she would appear in the film set to come to theaters on Feb. 13, 2015.

"You never know what can happen," she told Cosmopolitan.com during New York Fashion Week on Sunday.

The actress, who stars in the TV series Arrow, also expressed love for the erotic novel and its author.

"I'm obviously a fan of the book," Cassidy told the publication. "E.L. James is obviously incredibly talented and has become a friend of mine."

Fifty Shades of Grey already stars Jamie Dornan as the lead female Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as his love interest Anastasia Steele.

Johnson, 24, revealed what gives her the confidence to play the lead in the erotic film.

"I don't have any problem doing anything," she told Elle magazine in the March issue. "The secret is I have no shame."

The actress also explained what intrigued her most about the storyline.

"Reading the book, I found myself more interested in the ways they were breaking each other down emotionally than the sex scenes," she said. "I think there's a part of a woman that wants to be the thing that breaks a man down."
