Amidst looming divorce rumors and busy schedules, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have put their Bel-Air mansion on the market for $12.9 million.

Divorce for Mariah and Nick?

As seen in the photos and description of the estate in the Los Angeles Times, the house features incredible city views, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, high ceilings, a home theater, an indoor basketball court, and of course, a music studio.

Due to rarely being seen together and often times living on opposite coasts, the two are often under fire of growing divorce rumors. The superstar couple, who are parents to twin toddlers Moroccan and Monroe, have been working around the clock promoting separate projects due to release this year.

Carey, who just performed her brand new single, You're Mine at the upcoming BET Honors, is set to drop her fourteenth studio album, The Art of Letting Go on May 6.

At the same time, Cannon is touring around the country with his comedy show, F--k Nick Cannon and readying the follow-up film to his college-inspired blockbuster movie, Drumline 2.

Neither camp has commented on the new separation allegations nor is it clear if selling the home is a sign of impending divorce news. However, in late January, Cannon posted a photo of himself with Carey on Instagram along with the caption, "I love my wife! I love my life!"

Cannon and Carey married in 2008, and publicly shared their whirlwind fairytale romance as Nick had "Mariah" tattooed across the upper part of his back. After 100 days of not being photographed together, separation rumors hit the media.

Carey seemed to contribute to rumors after appearing on Watch What Happens Live, and telling host Andy Cohen that Nick always works.
