Grey's Anatomy returns for the second half of season 10 on Feb. 27 and it will be loaded with a whole bunch of drama, including love triangles and turbulent relationships.

Team Jackson or Team Matthew?

When the show returns, fans will get to see if April chooses Jackson or stays with Matthew, and judging from a new teaser, it seems the decision will be difficult.

As April stands at the altar about to marry Matthew, Jackson jumps off his seat to proclaim his love for her.

"I love you, April," he says with tears in his eyes. "And I think that you love me too. Do you?"

"It's incredibly tense and there are going to be a lot of regrets either way," actor Jesse Williams, who plays Jackson, recently told TV Guide of April's love triangle.

Meredith and Derek's Relationship

The couple will face a bump in their relationship when the show returns.

Before the show's winter finale, Derek turned down an offer to partake in a prestigious study for Meredith.

But, after he received a phone call from the President of the United States to join him on a brain mapping project, it may be impossible for him to deny the proposition. That one phone call may have the potential to tear the couple apart for good.

The upcoming episode's synopsis also reveals that "Meredith feels betrayed when Derek goes back on a promise."

A New Doctor Comes To Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital

The character's full name is Oliver Lebackes and he will pop up during episode 18.

"All you need to know is that this forty-something fella is funny, caring and maybe just a little too confident with his work, but overall he's a sweetie and we can't wait to meet him," E! News recently reported.

Jo, Alex and His Father

Jo Wilson will really stand by fellow doctor Alex Karev, who is going through a hard time.

"In the first episode back, which picks up right after the wedding, you see Jo being kind of a rock for Alex because he's furious about what Shane has done to his dad," Camilla Luddington, who plays Dr. Jo Wilson on the show, told TV Line.

"He's distraught by it. And she's there for him. And she's also ready to go [toe-to-toe] with Shane. She hates Shane. She's not for him staying at the hospital. So you see her get closer to Alex through that."

When operating on Alex's father, Dr. Shane Ross had a psychiatric episode and thought he was operating on Heather, a Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital intern who died.

As for the fate of fate of Alex's father, James Evans, also known as Jimmy, TV Guide offered some answers.

"He's not dead... yet. We'll actually meet his estranged wife (played byVictorious alum Susan Chuang), who is lured to Grey Sloan Memorial under false pretenses in the midseason return," the website said. "Suffice it to say, she's about as happy with Jimmy as Alex has been."
