Pop star diva Mariah Carey threw some major shade at her rival Nicki Minaj when she stopped by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club morning Wednesday morning.

Carey refused to even acknowledge Minaj's existence when hosts Charlamagne Da God, Angela Yee and DJ Enuff asked about her showing up late to the tapings of American Idol.

"She [Carey] was never late on American Idol," DJ Enuff said.

"Nicki was late though," Charlamagne chimed in.

Carey responded with, "who?"

"I don't even remember what that was. The was a moment in my life that I'm going to press delete," she added.

When asked if Carey regretted being a judge on the singing competition show, she said she hoped to have a bigger role, adding that she made more than $12 million.

"I would have never done it for $12 million," she said. "Really, I was hoping to be a mentor for the people there on the show, for the contestants. And I wanted to give them input on the side and I did, when I could.

"If I have known that it was about another female and they were going to make it about jokes and laughs, I wouldv'e said, 'Okay, do that and I'll catch you next time.

During the interview, Carey also claimed to have not heard Beyonce's hit-record, Drunk in Love, but praised the singer.

"I love her," Carey said.
