Hannibal has flipped the tables as it heads into season 2, and fans are eager to see how the NBC series saves Will Graham.

Following the events of "Savoureux," Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) now behind bars for his alleged involvement in the murder Abigail Hobbs (Kacey Rohl) and Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) is the "cat who ate the canary," according to series creator Bryan Fuller.

"The final episode of the first season asked a lot of questions of every character. We put everyone in a different space," Fuller recapped in a season 2 preview. "You see Will Graham at a place where he was confused and lost, and now he has some clarity. You see Jack Crawford, who had been so dedicated to Will Graham, then seeing that perhaps that was a huge mistake because he pulled somebody into the FBI that was mentally unstable."

Now, Will Graham will have to fight his way back. While he was used as Hannibal's victim during season 1, Graham will now be proving that some good Doctor's theories about him may have been correct.

"In the second season were going to see that perhaps Hannibal Lecter is not wrong about what Will Graham is capable of," Fuller teased.

One thing Will is capable of is creating a Mind Palace. Using this technique, Graham will be able to interact with the world despite being incarcerated.

"It will be interesting to see Will having to fall back on his own resources, and will's own resources are pretty powerful," Dancy warns. "Even imprisoned he is a man with a very inventive mind."
