Actress Erin Moran has taken a hard fall from grace, decades after starring as "Joanie Cunningham" in the 1970's sitcom "Happy Days". Moran, 51, has recently been evicted from her home in California and is now living in a trailer with her husband Steve Fleischmann in New Salisbury, Indiana.

A friend of the couple told The ENQUIRER: "Life hasn't been kind to Erin since the foreclosure of her home. "She [Erin Moran] and Steve moved in with his ailing mother at the trailer park a few weeks back. Erin is like an angel to her mother-in-law. She cooks and cleans for her, and takes care of her personal hygiene. But to look at Erin today you'd never know she was once one of TV's biggest stars. Her peaches-and-cream complexion is a maze of wrinkles and crow's feet. She's aged terribly."

The actress has not been able to find acting work in many years. Her last appearance was on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp" in 2008.

Moran and her 45-year-old husband are in good spirits despite their financial hardship. She has been mingling with locals and taking pictures with people who recognize her from her "Happy Days".

"It's been a rough few years for Erin and Steve," the source continued. "He's trying to make ends meet by working at Walmart, and all Erin can do is try and get back to work. But with her fading looks, that doesn't seem hopeful. For now, personal appearances are her bread and butter."

The couple have been married for 10 years. Fleischmann was reportedly Erin's furniture mover.
