Love and Hip New York's Mandeecess Harris is reportedly out of jail.

Throughout season 4 of the VH1 reality show, fans have seen Harris' girlfriend Yandy Smith talk about his incarceration, without giving specific details on why and how long. The show followed Smith and her non physical relationship with Harris, as she receieved phone calls from him in jail. She was basically holding her family down as she awaited news of his sentencing. 

According to reports, Harris was charged with narcotics conspiracy and money laundering. Uptown Magazine noted that Harris was charged knowingly, willfully and unlawfully combining and conspiring to possess with the intent to distrubute 5 kilograms of more of cocaine and 1 kilogram of heroin. 

Last November, Smith paid a tribute to Harris on his 35th birthday with a Instagram post thanking him for how strong he made her, and for their son, Omere. 

"Hope you know how much we love you and much we pray for you every day," she wrote. "Omere told me to tell you 'Happy Birthday Daddy.'" She added, "Also, since I have to work tonight, I put on the freak'em dress just for you!"

Though Smith has been dealing with Harris' jail stint, fans also criticized her for using her future husband as an outlet for her to share her story on VH1, especially since she has yet to give specific details about his case. 

Meanwhile, Harris took to Instagram to upload picture, captioned, "Having a drink y'all missed me?" 

Update as of Feb. 16, 11:00 pm: Smith has denied rumors that Harris has been released from jail. The Instagram photo of Harris was not posted by him, according to Smith.
