It appears that One Direction star Niall Horan might be dating pop star Selena Gomez, the ex-girlfriend of Justin Bieber.

Horan and Gomez were apparently spotted in London over Valentine's Day weekend where they took photos with fans.

There was supposedly a rumor of the two singers in a relationship last May although a source stated that this could lead into a serious battle with Bieber.

"Not only are they just friends, but Niall's keen to avoid and trouble with Justin," the source stated. "He knows dating Selena could've prompted a war with Justin."

As rumors that Horan and Gomez have struck up a romance now, it appears that ones stating he split with Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin are in fact true.

"There was no big fall out," a source told The Sun. "Things just fizzled out as Barbara and Niall are both working in different parts of the world."

Palvin was seen getting a kiss from a new guy as the rumors built.

Horan's rumored romantic escapades have also included Gomez's BFF, Taylor Swift, after he was reportedly seen at one of her concerts.

"He was only seen during We are Never Getting Back Together where he was at the side of the stage," a source stated.

But according to Horan's rep, there was nothing romantic happening between him and Swift.

"He is just a fan of her music," Horan's rep said. "There's nothing going on."
