Rich Dollaz confirmed that he'll be back for the fifth season of Love & Hip Hop, but this time around he'll be more focused on business and not his love life.

During an interview with D.C. radio station WPGC 95.5, the music producer said that he and co-star Yandy Smith will seek talent for their record label, Lenox Avenue Records.

"We're going on our first national talent show to find our first act, and you'll probably see that act on season 5. We start shooting that in April, and we'll probably be back on TV by October," he told DJ Flexx.

Rich also spoke about the last season of Love & Hip Hop and revealed his frustration with the outcome of certain situations.

"At the end of the day, I'm a business-oriented person, but what's not going to happen is we're not going to go through a whole season, you think you rocking me to sleep for the season and then the season goes off and I end up with the short end of the stick. I'm going to have my last word," he said.

"I think for the most part, I got put into a corner where I had to be like 'you're not going to continue to do this, like what gives you the right?' so I gotta show you who's the boss now and I think that's what happened."

Although he didn't single anybody out, Rich is probably referencing ex-girlfriend Erica Mena. Season 4 of the VH1 show was filled with a lot of animosity and drama between Rich, Mena and her new girlfriend Cyn Santana.

The conflict between the three may continue when the show returns, since Mena recently confirmed that she and her lady will also be on the upcoming season.
