While former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is about to enter the NFL's free agent market, he's seemingly more focused on a new business venture involving hair products alongside rapper Bow Wow.

On Feb. 17, the signal-caller took to Twitter to announce that he's started Wave Masterz. a new company that will be "ingeniously brought to you" by Vick and Bow Wow.

According to the website, Wave Masterz will be selling hair products that include durags, pomade and brushes to the general public. However, those items are currently not available for purchase.

Nonetheless, Bow Wow has seemingly been spearheading the promotional aspect of the business, as he reportedly gave President Barack Obama a sample, according to a photo on the social networking site on December 22, 2013.

In terms of his football career, Vick has drawn interest from a handful of times, which includes the New York Jets, as the team will most likely cut Mark Sanchez loose, leaving them with Gino Smith as their only option at first string.

With a mere 12 touchdown passes by Smith, an upgrade at the position is undoubtedly needed if Rex Ryan and his men want a chance at contending on the gridiron come the 2014-15 NFL season.

Although Vick will more than likely land a starting job somewhere, his recent injuries and age of 33 pose risks for his suitors in a market where there aren't many open starting jobs at QB.
