The second season of Bates Motel is set to premiere this March, and new information reveals that Norma might experience more of her demonic side when her abusive brother comes to visit.

Will Norma And Norman Explore A Further Relationship?

On Tuesday, Buddy TV reported that Norma's brother, Caleb, will visit his sister. This will likely create some enticing drama since Norma once revealed to her son, Norman, that Caleb sexually molested her as they grew up together.

This situation could lead Norma down an awful path, according to actress Vera Farminga, who plays Norma. This sibling reunion could psychologically disturb Norma making her into a psychopath.

Norma's New Boyfriend A Psycho?

"This is a woman who's been abused by her father, abused by her brother, and discarded by men," Farminga said. "These poisonous feelings that she has are embedded so deep in the psyche, and she's never uprooted them. She's got this rampart that she's built...it's a lifetime of defensive walls."

When Caleb makes his way back into Norma's life, this could also create a problem for Norman, who deeply cares about his mother.

"He's (Caleb) a very volatile emotional memory for Norma that she really has no idea what to do with," executive producer Kerry Ehrin said. "It's not like it's ever been talked through or worked on. Obviously, it's super-complicated because of Norman's great protectiveness of his mother, and his tendencies that even he doesn't know about."

Bates Motel season 2 is scheduled to premiere on Monday, March 3 at 9 p.m. EST on A&E.
