Once Upon a Time co-creator Adam Horowitz revealed on Twitter Friday that Meghan Ory will be returning to Once Upon a Time in season 3.

"Thrilled to say our favorite wolf/waitress Meghan Ory will be returning this season to #OnceUponATime!" Horowitz tweeted. "Hope to see ya 3/9 #WickedIsComing."

Ory plays Ruby/Red Riding Hood in the popular fantasy series. The actress previously addressed the potential of returning to the show at the Television Critics Association press tour in January.

"Red Riding Hood just kind of disappeared into the mist," she told reporters. "I'm told she will be back."

Additionally, Horowitz and fellow co-creator Edward Kitsis spoke to Access Hollywood recently about Jamie Dornan, who played the Huntsman in the series.

The busy actor is taking on the role of Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey and is not able to return to Once Upon a Time in season 3. When asked what the creators would have had in store for the Huntsman/Dornan in season 3, the creators were tight-lipped.

"Ask us that after the finale," Kitsis said. "And then we will tell you exactly what we wanted to do and then you will be so bummed that we didn't get to do it, and then you will have the same look on your face that I do right now, which is sadness."

Horowitz added: "We miss him dearly."

Once Upon a Time season 3 returns for its midseason premiere on Sunday, March 9 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
