Teresa Giudice isn't the only The Real Housewives of New Jersey star facing legal woes this season.

Teresa and Melissa End Feud on 'RHONJ?'

Renowned jeweler Constantino Frangoplous has accused reality star Kim DiPaolo of stealing his designs, TMZ reported Friday. The two originally had a deal that DiPaolo would wear his pieces on the show in order to promote his line. DiPaolo allegedly took it a step further and started selling knockoff versions on her website and in two retail stores that she owns. The jeweler clams he is still waiting on DiPaolo to send him a contract of their negotiation in writing.

While the drama is amped up for the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, one of the show's former stars, Jacqueline Laurita, opened up about life after the show.

In the newest issue of Life & Style magazine, Laurita revealed why she decided to walk away from the show to begin with.

"I needed a little break, but we'll see what happens from there."

So what is she up to now? She shared that she's spending more time with her family and even writing. Laurita added that she is focused on spreading awareness about autism as her 4-year-old son, Nicholas has been diagnosed.

"My husband [Chris Laurita] and I are writing a book together about our journey with autism."

But she also has another area she is dabbling in.

"My other passion is the beauty industry, so I'm also writing a book about busy moms and beauty things. I'm also writing children's books! I enjoy writing -- that's what I love. It's just been really great with my family. I feel like I'm in a very good place."

Caroline Manzo is also no longer on the show.

New episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are set to premiere later this year.
