As Apollo Nida fights off fraud charges, he has shut down rumors that he cheated on his wife, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, while hosting a Valentine's Day party.

Apollo Nida's Fraud Trial Pushed Back

TMZ reported Feb. 21 that Nida not only denied stepping out on Parks at the event in South Carolina, he said the woman he was spotted getting cozy with was his friend's sister and it was all harmless. He also maintained that he never cheats on Parks.

The owner of the bar Nida was at also vouched for him and said that nothing happened.

Phaedra Parks In on Apollo Nida's Fraud Scandal?

Michelle Edwards owns Mobay Bar & Grill and Palace II nightclub and tweeted Nida on Feb. 15, "had a great night chilling with u and bro at palace and moray!!!"

After speculation that Nida cheated on Parks that night came out, she added on Feb. 18, "OMG I cannot believe that a mere visit to my club & bar turned into something so far from the truth! I apologize to Apollo and his family for the total and unnecessary chaos! He merely took pics with me and my staff!"

Nida has enough problems on his hands as he is currently in the middle of a huge legal battle after he surrendered for fraud charges last month.

As of now he has already waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He also asked for his trial to be postponed, a request which was granted, and is now scheduled to begin on March 25th.

Nida allegedly stole countless victim's identities and used them to launch fraudulent businesses and squander money. He also reportedly stole Delta Airline employees' social security checks. His scam is said to have brought in more than $3 million. It's not clear if his wife is connected.
