Frederickson dropped from 260 pounds at the beginning of The Biggest Loser to a meager 105 pounds in the live finale, a development that led many fans of the show to express their concern.

Dolvett Quince, who was Frederickson's trainer during the season, recently spoke to TMZ about her dramatic weight loss and what he was currently doing to help her.

"We're gonna get her healthy. She's gonna be all right," Quince said, when asked about the weight loss: "She's doing her thing. She found her health and she's getting healthier every day."

After Frederickson won season 15 despite some health concerns, The Biggest Loser is considering some new alterations to the production.

Producers are allegedly going to consider "small but significant tweaks" to the series' production, according to E! News. This would include more support and check-ins for the show's various contestants after the final episode is filmed.

"There might be more focus on what happens to the winner after they are supposedly done with the show," said one source with ties to The Biggest Loser.

After the finale, Quince wrote about Frederickson on Facebook, saying that her journey had not yet ended and that her health was his main concern.

The Biggest Loser season 16 is currently casting for new participants. It is unknown when the reality series will return.
