One recent celebrity is reportedly not being asked to compete in Dancing With the Stars in season 18: Juan Pablo Galavis. The current Bachelor is allegedly not even being considered for participation due to his recent anti-gay scandal.

"He's just too risky," a source close to the show told E! Online recently. "There's too much negativity at this point."

Galavis caused controversy after saying that he did not think a gay Bachelor would be a good idea.

Additionally, NFL quarterback Russell Wilson recently told Access Hollywood that he turned down an offer to compete on Dancing With the Stars.

"I need to focus on my football career right now. It's one of those things where I'm trying to do as much as I can winning football games for the Seattle Seahawks and our franchise," Wilson said.

However, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback is not ruling out a future season of the show when he would be ready to compete.

"At some point, I'm going to definitely do it. I love Dancing with the Stars. I love watching, and I love dancing myself, so hopefully, I could win it," he said.
