While there is no official word if there will be an Iron Man 4, it looks like there is a possibility that the series could continue based off the latest Marvel short film All Hail the King.

Trevor Slattery To Continue Adventures In Iron Man 4?

During the premiere of the film starring Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery, the actor dished on how great it was to be playing this part again in a live interview published on Wednesday.

"To come back to something that involves such great teamwork and such may I say it, faith in what I can deliver, trust in what I can deliver, it's an enormous compliment to be at the receiving end of a whole team of brilliant people who say, 'No, you're here. We trust you. Do your thing,'" Kingsley said. "So it was lovely to go back to that team."

Robert Downey Jr. To Leave Iron Man Series?

Co-writer Drew Pearce revealed that he wanted to be a part of this film mainly because of Kingsley's talent.

"The real reason to do it was because Sir Ben was so fantastic as Trevor, and we wanted to play with that character again, and he said he would and it was an opportunity we couldn't pass up."

If Kingsley and Pearce are enjoying themselves this much, then there might be a chance that they'd be willing to bring Iron Man 4 to life. In fact, Pearce had mentioned before that Trevor Slattery could potentially continue depending on audience's reactions.

"I hope they love Trevor enough that his adventures can continue in various different forms," Pearce said.
