Hannibal's Will Graham is seemingly alone in his belief that he is innocent, and the former profiler will soon try and take a different route to freedom.

The former encephalitis sufferer has failed in his quest to persuade his friends and colleagues that he is not a cold-blooded murderer, and Graham (Hugh Dancy) will quickly switch tactics during "Sakizuki" and move to regain Dr. Lecter's (Mads Mikkelsen) confidence instead.

To do so, TV Guide claims that Graham will fake an emotional brake down in order to convince his cannibalistic nemesis to act as his shrink once more.

"Ultimately, not to get too far ahead or give anything away, but I think Will, after trying various tactics, realizes that the only way he's ever going to outmaneuver Hannibal is by reengaging with him," Dancy told IGN. "You can't lie to Hannibal -- he'd see through it; he's too clever. So the only way Will can do that is honestly recognize for himself that he is drawn to Hannibal, that there's some part or some connection that still exists."

Even as he turns to his manipulator for "help," FBI profiler will come to learn that he does have at least one ally. It appears that Hanni's own psychiatrist, Bedelia du Maurier (Gillian Anderson), is about to wise up to her patient's true nature and join Graham in his vendetta to see the serial killer behind bars (see video below).

Hannibal airs Fridays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
