One of the stars of Breaking Bad might be appearing on the final season of Sons of Anarchy, assuming the motorcycle drama's showrunner Kurt Sutter gets his way.

Kurt Sutter Talks What Sons Will 'Avoid' In Final Episodes

Sutter revealed on Twitter Tuesday via CarterMatt that he was hoping to cast Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul (who played Jesse Pinkman) in Sons of Anarchy's final season. When asked who he would want to have appear in the seventh season, Sutter said that it would be "fun" to get Paul on the show.

Paul recently said that he wanted to appear in the Breaking Bad spinoff show Better Call Saul, so he might be opening to doing a guest appearance on Sons of Anarchy if he had room in his schedule.

Sutter also revealed on Twitter that the show is currently casting for new female characters. The show has a relatively high turnover with many characters dying in any given season; even the most prominent characters aren't safe, as seen by season 6.

Enstars previously reported on some of the cast members who will be returning for the final season of Sons of Anarchy, including Peter Weller as Barosky, Jimmy Smits as Nero and possibly CCH Pounder as Patterson.

The showrunner announced that the first episode of season 7 has been "broken," a production term essentially meaning an outline has been written. He said he will start writing this week and begin breaking episode 2 of the new season as well.

Sons of Anarchy season 7 premieres in fall 2014 on FX, though the network has not yet scheduled a specific premiere date.
