Justin Bieber will perform Friday morning at a free concert in New York City's Rockefeller Plaza for the "Today" Show.

Fans of Bieber started to line up for the concert on Tuesday morning, enduring heavy rain and some cold nights.

"I'm here for his music,” she told the Daily News. “The way he talks about to ‘never say never,’ just the way he sings with passion. I think it's very inspiring," Amina Morsi, 16, who was the first in line told the New York Daily News. She arrived Tuesday 6 a.m.

"Its tough but...It's definitely worth it," another female fan who arrived to the plaza on Tuesday afternoon told the Today show.

Bieber was also anticipating the concert.

"Great day of press...great seeing the fans...Everyone come to NYC tomorrow for the Today Show Concert!! see you there!" he tweeted Thursday night.

Bieber is promoting his new album "Believe" which is set for release June 19.

The singer's latest massive performance was in Mexico City on Monday where he drew 200,000 people.

The show is part of NBC's "Today" Show Summer Concerts which have also featured Usher, Pitbull and Chris Brown.

For the "Today" show concert series, fans and visitors are encouraged to arrive by 6 a.m. for best viewing since its on a first-come, first-served basis. Rockefelle Plaza is located at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza.
