It appears that troubled pop star Justin Bieber is currently experiencing personal difficulties during a deposition under oath when he was asked about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

On Friday, TMZ reported that Bieber sat for a 4 1/2 hour deposition for an incident from a photographer who reportedly claims that the singer sent someone to beat the photographer up.

The bodyguard's lawyer reportedly asked Bieber a number of questions, but things heated up when the singer's Come and Get It ex was brought up.

The lawyer apparently asked Bieber is Gomez was present during any incidents involving fights with photographers. Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, supposedly objected to this where the other lawyer kept asking, which brought Weitzman to say that his client was being harassed.

The lawyer still asked Bieber the question and that's when he and Weitzman left the room where Bieber shouted, "Don't ask me about her, do not ask me about her!"

It seems unclear at this point if Gomez was present during any of the alleged situations, but when Bieber returned to the room after about five minutes, the singer was asked a question where he responded with "Yeah."

The lawyer asked if he meant "Yes" and Bieber responded, "What the f--- is the difference between yeah and yes?!"

Bieber appeared to show more of his angry side when he said other comments, including, "What is this, 60 Minutes?" and "Okay Katie Couric, what's your question again?"

The last question the lawyer supposedly asked was if Bieber had a prescription for Xanax, which Bieber responded, "No."
