"I was there with a bunch of friends when a fight broke out. They started to throw bottles about...I got it all," Parker said in a news conference in Paris on Friday, according to Reuters.
He also said in the press conference that "they started throwing bottles everywhere. I don't know what happened."
"The cornea has been touched. I can't do anything for seven days...But I was lucky. The injury won't prevent me from competing the Olympics in any way," he added.
He said he had to go to the emergency room upon his arrival in Paris on Friday because of the pain.
Parker is wearing a therapeutic contact lens and taking drops. He said he was going to miss the start of the French team because of the injury.
He is expected to join France's team to train for the Olympics on June 20.
The fight between Brown, Drake and their respective entourages at Soho's club W.i.P left at least five people hurt.
Brown tweeted a photo of his chin gashed but later deleted it.
Brown's girlfriend Karrueche Tran suffered a concussion and his bodyguard had its head sliced open and needed 20 stiches, according to the singer's lawyer Mark Geragos, reports the New York Times.
An Australian tourist was also injured and needed 16 stitches.

Rumors included that the fight started over Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna who has been romantically linked to Drake.
Media reported that the fight started after Drake sent over a note to Brown that read: "I am fu--ing the love of your life."
Another account by tabloid TMZ, is that Drake sparked the fight after he flashed the middle finger to Brown's bodyguard and started to do trash talk.
Khaliah Clark, a fashion stylist who witnessed the brawl at the W.i.P told the New York Times that it started when Brown asked a waitress to send a bottle of Champagne to Drake but the waitress returned with the bottle in hand. Then the bottles started to fly from Brown's table to Drake's table.
Brown's lawyer told the Times: "There was no note. There was no bottle of Champagne sent over...Clearly this was orchestrated by Drake.”
New York City Police is investigating the fight. Watch the Brawl's Video Below:
