Following her elimination from RuPaul's Drag Race last Monday, former contender Vivacious has dished on her mistakes, style and views on homophobia.

RuPaul Talks About New Contestants

On Thursday, Advocate posted an interview with the queen who revealed what she would've done differently in order to stay on the series.

"I would have tried harder to learn the breath and timing of the acting challenge section, [but] I would not have changed," Vivacious said. "I remain true to my club kid esthetic. I will, in the future, mix and heat it up. But I will never leave the base of who I am."

Milk The Queen To Win The Competition?

As for her big moments on the show, the contestant revealed that she thought that each one she had was important and allowed her to shine brightly.

Vivacious also talked about her style and how it has led to acceptance in the homosexual world.

"My form of drag is what allowed many straight people to accept gays for being artistic," the queen said. "If it wasn't for our type of drag there'd be less tolerance on this planet when it comes to homophobia. Learn your herstory before you open your mouth to judge those of us who have used drag to fight for your rights as a gay person."

"Gays were never meant to conform to straight peoples' norms. We were meant to be their opposite," the contestant continued. "We are supposed to have our own identity and culture."

RuPaul's Drag Race airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Logo TV.
