It seems like Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Will (Josh Charles) are headed for some deeper trouble with Nelson Dubek's investigation about the voting fraud case, in episode 15, season 5 of The Good Wife.

In the preview of the next episode, titled Dramatics, Your Honor, the plot seems to thicken vis-a-vis the case against Peter, and Alicia and Will's alleged complicity in it. As Dubek, the investigator from the Office of Public Integrity is seen interrogating Alicia, he brings up her relationship with Will. But seems like Alicia isn't fazed by his attempt at threatening to air her dirty laundry in public. She has a firm rebuttal for him, attacking the ethics of his procedure.

"You and Mr. Gardner are lovers, isn't that correct?" Dubeck asks her.

"I've been at this now for five years, and I know that the investigator is in trouble when he makes it personal," Alicia says.

Here's the official synopsis for the episode:

"Alicia enlists Cary as her lawyer when Nelson Dubek approached her to participate in a depostion regarding his investigation into election rigging. Meanwhile, Will continues the difficult defense of Jeffrey Grant as he faces off against a new prosecutor who proves to be a formidable adversary."

Matthew Goode will guest star as Finn Polmar, an accomplished prosecutor in the State's Attorney Office.

In the latest episode, A Few Words, as Alicia prepared to give her keynote speech about being an opt-out mom at the American Bar Association, she went back in time to the aftermath of Peter's scandal that shattered her world. Alicia revisited the humiliating moments and the painful experience of trying to get back on her feet and applying for jobs. Viewers got to see Alicia and Will meet for the first time after Georgetown, via flashback scenes.

Dramatics, Your Honor will air on January 12 at 9/8c on CBS at
