Robert Pattinson isn't doing so bad following his breakup with Kristen Stewart since he's now considered worthy of winning an Academy Award next year.

A list of possible Oscar contenders for 2015 was released on the website The Playlist March 12, and while those listed are only theorized nominees at this point, Pattinson is noted as one actor to pay attention to come awards season.

If the 27-year-old actor does find himself nominated, it would be for the film Life, which he is currently filming in Toronto. In the film, he plays magazine photographer Dennis Stock, who was assigned to take pictures of legendary actor James Dean.

The other actors on the list, include Josh Brolin for Inherent Vice, Aaron Paul for Exodus and Adam Driver for This is Where I Leave You.

Stewart also appears to be doing well for herself without Pattinson, as she was recently caught on the set of her newest film with a huge smile on her face. The movie, Still Alice, is the story of  professor who realizes she's suffering from Alzheimer's disease and also stars Julianne Moore, Kate Bosworth and Alec Baldwin.

While it is still unclear whether Stewart and Pattinson will ever reignite their romance, they both appear to be focused on their work.
