Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul recently responded to rumors that he could be appearing on Sons of Anarchy in the show's seventh and final season.

Nero, Barosky, Patterson Returning for Final Season?

Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter tweeted in early March that he would like for Paul to be a part of the motorcycle drama, prompting many fans to be excited by the prospect. With many articles popping up speculating about who Paul could play in SOA's final season, Sutter took to Twitter again recently to clear things up.

"Why the web is fab: I'm asked, name an actor I'd like to work with. I say @aaronpaul_8. Now apparently he's Jax's long lost brother in S7," Sutter tweeted.

Sons of Anarchy Season 7: More Episodes Than Usual?

In response, Paul tweeted back to Sutter:

"Wait a minute...is that not true???" Paul tweeted. "I was getting really excited about making some serious stuff happen. Ps. I love you."

While Paul was likely joking around with Sutter, the idea of the Breaking Bad star appearing on Sons of Anarchy is now at least something Paul is aware of. The response to Paul's potential casting has been largely positive, so it's possible that Sutter could give fans what they want, but nothing has been confirmed by those involved in SOA production.

Very little has been confirmed about the final season of Sons of Anarchy, but Sutter and company are currently lining up the cast and working on the first few scripts.

Sons of Anarchy season 7 premieres in fall 2014 on FX, though the network has not scheduled a specific air date yet.
