Porsha Williams has confirmed that she got some plastic surgery work done.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star appeared on BET's 106 & Park video countdown Wednesday and revealed to host Keisha Chante that she indeed went under the knife.

Though Williams didn't specify what type of work she had done, earlier reports indicated that she enhanced her breasts after she took to Instagram to post a photo of her boobs.

"Looks like this Real Housewife may have some fake breasts!" Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online. "I suspect that she's had a recent breast augmentation [because of] the puffiness on her upper breasts."

"This is very common in the first couple months after a new breast enhancement," Dr. Youn said, admitting that he did not treat the Bravo star.

Meanwhile, Williams recently released her first single entitled, Flatline, which debuted on iTunes Monday night. The song appears to be inspired by her past marriage and divorce with ex-husband, Kordell Stewart.

"I never thought we were better off apart. You took the life out of me, my heart is broken and flatlined," the lyrics include.

Unfortunately for Williams, she got the short-end of the stick when it came down to the divorce settlement, Enstars reported earlier. Stewart was to keep their two houses, two cars, all of his investment and retirement money and health benefits. Williams didn't receive any money, but was ordered to pay back the credit card debt she accrued during their marriage.
