Cary will be representing Alicia in court as she is deposed by the Dubek investigation relating to Peter Florrick's electoral rigging in episode 15 of The Good Wife.

First Look Images from Episode 15 Revealed

In the teaser for the episode, Dramatics, Your Honor, Alicia is seen still caught in the crosshairs owing to her husband's new voting fraud scandal and her complicity as his lawyer. But it seems like Will, who was also being harrassed by Dubek for his role in the affair, and was up for deposition is not really in the line of fire anymore. In the teaser Will is seen busy fighting a case in court against a new prosecutor at the State Attorney's office, played by guest star Matthew Goode.

Dubek Harasses Alicia About Her Relationship with Will in Episode 15?

The two are seen amping up the animus and "dramatics" in front of the judge. While we don't know what the case is about, the images from the episode reveal his plaintiff as this young man with a slightly bruised face.

Here's the official synopsis for the episode:

"Alicia enlists Cary as her lawyer when Nelson Dubek approached her to participate in a depostion regarding his investigation into election rigging. Meanwhile, Will continues the difficult defense of Jeffrey Grant as he faces off against a new prosecutor who proves to be a formidable adversary."

Matthew Goode will guest star as Finn Polmar, an accomplished prosecutor in the State's Attorney Office.

In the latest episode, A Few Words, as Alicia prepared to give her keynote speech about being an opt-out mom at the American Bar Association, she went back in time to the aftermath of Peter's scandal that shattered her world. Alicia revisited the humiliating moments and the painful experience of trying to get back on her feet and applying for jobs. Viewers got to see Alicia and Will meet for the first time after Georgetown, via flashback scenes.
