It looks like Teen Wolf will be losing another cast member for next season after the actor chose to move on to other projects.

Opening Credits Reveal Character Death?

On Tuesday, E! News conducted an interview with the show's executive producer Jeff Davis, who revealed that fan favorite Isaac (Daniel Sharman) will not be back for the fourth season, which premieres in June.

"Daniel Sharman came to us, much like Crystal [Reed] did, and said that he wanted to go out for pilot season and for movies and try something new," Davis said.

Crystal Reed played Alison on the series before her character was killed off, which left a massive impact on viewers. As for Isaac, it appears that his character will not have the same fate as Alison's since Sharman reportedly requested for his character not to die.

"He specifically asked that we not kill off Isaac, so that he could have the chance to return. He said he loved the role so much that he wanted to be able to come back if there was a chance," Davis said. "But he was at a position where he wanted to stretch his creative wings and I said to him, 'Well, if we can't convince you to come back, we'll definitely leave the door open for you.'"

Even with Sharman out of the series, Davis appears to hold on to the hope that the actor will be back someday.

"He loves the show and he specifically asked not to be killed off, so that he could come back someday," Davis said. "Whether it's the fourth season or later, I would say there's a good possibility of it."

Teen Wolf is expected to premiere on Monday, June 23 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
