Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis Split: Actor and French Singer Breakup After 14-Year Relationship

Johnny Depp and his longtime partner Vanessa Paradis have officially split, the couple announced in a statement today.

"Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated," the actor's representative told Us Weekly in a statement.

"Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children."

Depp, 49, and the French singer-actress, 39 had been together for 14 years and have two kids Lily-Rose, 12, and Jack, 9.

Rumors of their breakup began in January when People magazine featured a cover story declaring their relationship had ended.

"It's so sad," an insider told People at the time.

In May, rumors surfaced that Depp and actress Amber Heard were dating.

However, Depp and Paradis tried to solve their issues until the separation was announced today.
