The trailer for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is now available with action, intensity and a good look at Megan Fox.

Critics Dish On New Trailer?

The trailer starts off with a narrative voice from the Shredder (William Fitchner) talking about "crime, violence and fear" running "rampant" intercut with shots of towers and helicopters. Pieces of buildings are falling apart as the voice continues to speak of "justice" and "heroes."

Leading actress Fox is then seen showing off her dramatic side that she's used in other action flicks like Transformers and Jonah Hex. More dramatic music starts to emphasize the wild effects as Fox's character April O'Neil pulls out a phone to likely record what is destroying the city- or perhaps, who is saving it.

The turtles then slowly make their way into the trailer with an air of mystery as the Shredder says that heroes are not "born"- they are "created." As more of the buildings begin to sway and crash to the ground, one of the turtles does a dive off a tower and lands right in front of O'Neil with a frightening yet bold appearance.

More of the turtles can be seen pulling off their usual action stunts with their witty personality being displayed as well.

The last moment of the trailer shows O'Neil standing in fear while looking at one of the turtles when another one (likely Michelangelo) lands behind her and says that it's okay, for he is only wearing a mask. He takes off the mask, showing all of his turtle exterior when O'Neil faints.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to hit theaters on August 8, 2014.
