Rielle Hunter, the 48-year-old mistress that cost John Edwards his presidential candidacy, has revealed more details about her affair with Hunter in her new book. Latest leaked details allege that Edward's cancer-stricken wife Elizabeth used a screensaver which showed John and Rielle together, to torment herself.

Hunter was a campaign videographer for John and her affair with him was revealed to Elizabeth on New Year's Eve in 2006. Elizabeth took all the footage that Hunter had shot and watched it. Hunter wrote: "Elizabeth requested all the tapes. She locked herself in a room to watch."
She continues: "On one tape she saw Johnny walking into a room and his reaction to seeing me. She apparently told him that he never once looked at her the way he looked at me. So she took that bit and put it on her computer as a screen saver in order to watch it over and over again."
Elizabeth had battled cancer in 2004 but the cancer returned shortly after she found out about her cheating husband. She passed away in December 2010 after John admitted to fathering a child with Hunter.
Hunter's book "What Really Happened: John Edwards, Our Daughter and Me" will be released next Tuesday. In the book, she continuously scorns the late wife of the lover she slept with, calling her a "witch on wheels".
Although it was very obvious that Elizabeth was in extreme pain after the revelation of the affair, Hunter says she has no regrets about falling in love with a married man. She has a four year old daughter Quinn, who is the lovechild of the affair with Edwards. It took Edwards nearly two years to admit that he had a lovechild.
